Candidate for York–Simcoe
A proven local leader, small business owner, and healthcare worker — running to give York–Simcoe families a strong voice at Queen's Park.
Meet Naomi Davison.
Naomi Davison has spent more than 15 years serving the people of York–Simcoe as a local and regional councillor, earning a reputation as a practical leader, strong advocate, and trusted voice for her community.
First elected to Georgina Council in 2010, Naomi has dedicated her public service to helping local families, supporting responsible growth, improving community services, and ensuring residents have a strong voice in the decisions that affect their daily lives. Today, she serves as Regional Councillor for the Town of Georgina and York Region.
Beyond public service, Naomi is a small business owner who has operated the Keswick Kumon Centre for more than 20 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she joined Southlake Health to help support frontline staff and continues to work with the hospital today. These experiences have given her firsthand insight into the challenges facing local businesses, healthcare workers, and families across York–Simcoe.
Naomi and her husband Stuart, a local elementary school teacher, have called Georgina home since 2000. Together, they have raised their two daughters in the community they love.
Throughout her time on council, Naomi has championed affordable housing, improved transit services, investments in community infrastructure, and support for York Region's agricultural sector. She has also served on numerous committees and boards, helping bring together local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to solve problems and strengthen the region.
As a councillor, small business owner, healthcare worker, wife of a teacher, and mother, Naomi understands the challenges people are facing because she lives them every day.
That's why she's stepping forward to be a strong local voice at Queen's Park — working to make life more affordable, strengthen healthcare, create more opportunities for young people, and ensure York–Simcoe families always have someone fighting for them.
A plan focused on the things that matter most to families across the riding.
Relief from rising costs at the grocery store, on rent, and in everyday life.
Better access to family doctors and care for children, parents, seniors, and loved ones.
Real options for renters, newcomers, young people, and families trying to stay rooted here.
Communities where people feel safe walking home, opening their business, taking transit, and sending their kids to school.
Good schools, good jobs, and a future young people can build right here in Ontario.
